A note I wrote on one device has not shown up on another
Check that iCloud Drive is on for Beyond Notes in Settings on both devices, under your Apple Account, and that both use the same Apple Account. iCloud can take a minute to deliver a change. Opening the app brings it forward.
I see two copies of a note
When two devices change the same note before they have synced, Beyond Notes keeps both versions rather than choosing one. Read them, keep what you want, and move the other to the trash.
Where are the files?
In the Files app on iPhone and iPad, or in Finder on the Mac: iCloud Drive, then Beyond Notes. Each note is one .md file. Images you add are in the Attachments folder beside them.
How do I import notes?
Open Settings and choose Import a Folder of Notes, then pick a folder of .md, .markdown or .txt files. Coming from another app? Export your notes from it as Markdown first. Tags, links and dates are kept.
How do I export everything?
Open Settings and choose Export All Notes. You get a folder with a copy of every note, with their dates.
I deleted a note by mistake
Open Trash in the sidebar and choose Put Back. Notes stay in the trash for thirty days.
